Sandy Sewell
Sandy Sewell is a certified Zumba instructor offering high-energy, easy-to-follow dance moves for people who want to incorporate more exercise and fun into their lifestyle. Exercise and fitness is a part of Sandy’s DNA makeup- it comes natural to her. At an early age, her love for the art of dance and fitness started and over time has evolved into teaching weekly Zumba classes with a goal of helping individuals and families live better, feel better, and look better.
Sandy is committed to helping others experience physical progression, reach fitness goals, or simply dance, just because it’s fun! Her target audience are baby boomers, as statistics have shown this age range normally shy’s away from Zumba because the perception is that it’s for “younger” people, or that it’s too fast-paced for this generation. But, as a baby boomer herself, Sandy’s mission is to introduce Zumba as more than just dancing to hip-hop or pop music. She strives to motivate and inspire new and advanced students alike to realize that wellness and fitness are essential factors that contribute to healthier lifestyles.
Sandy’s Zumba classes are for everyone, no matter what age, size, shape or ability. Her warming personality and patience coupled with her passion for fitness and approved dance and Zumba choreography is what distinguishes her classes for others.
